Claire & Charlotte

CLAIRE ROSE 2008
The 2008 Rosé wine Claire exhales a delicious exotic and citrus fruits flavor. The varieties used to produce this vintage, Grenache (75%), Mourvèdre (20%) and Syrah (5%), give it an attractive pale pink robe.
In order to achieve this pleasing result, the Claire Rosé 2008 goes through a process of pre-fermentation cold maceration, pressing in a pneumatic wine-press, traditional alcohol fermentation in a thermo-regulated stainless steel vat, and élevage sur lies fines before finally undergoing cold tartaric stabilisation.

CHARLOTTE ROSE 2008
Revealing a nose of small red fruits, the Charlotte Rosé 2008 has a very pale pink robe, with hints of salmon pink. These flavours are also unveiled in the mouth, complemented by some fine notes of exotic fruits.
Consisting of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Tibouren and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, the Charlotte Rosé 2008 is the result of pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by pressing in a pneumatic wine-press, traditional alcohol fermentation in a thermo-regulated stainless steel vat, and finally élevage sur lies fines before finally undergoing cold tartaric stabilisation.
