CLAIRE ROUGE 2007
Upon tasting, the Claire Rouge 2007, with its deep red robe, initially presents a somewhat wild nose, giving way to aromas of red fruit and honey. But for all that, it is not to be outdone once in the mouth: an initial impression of great volume, lingering in the mouth, with a fine tannic structure giving notes of ripe fruit, liquorice and spices.
Composed of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Syrah, the Claire Rouge 2007 undergoes a process of pre-fermentation cold maceration for several days, followed by traditional fermentation in a stainless steel vat with daily remontage and breaking of the cap, and a 4-week maceration period. It is then matured for 12 months in 600- litre ½- muids, which come from 4 different coopers.

CHARLOTTE ROUGE 2007
Made from Mourvèdre (57 %) and Syrah (43%) grapes, the Charlotte Rouge 2007 has plenty to show off, with its attractive cherry-red robe with purplish glints and a nose that releases aromas of red fruit preserves with spicy notes. Once in the mouth, its fine tannic structure is complemented by red fruit notes and a vanilla finish.
Before being matured for 12 months in a tun, the Charlotte Rouge 2007 undergoes a process of pre-fermentation cold maceration for several days, followed by traditional fermentation in a stainless steel vat with daily remontage and breaking of the cap.
